The account management team looks after customers with more complex water and waste water needs.

From large multi-national businesses looking for consolidated billing, manufacturers using large volumes of water in their processes and organisations with efficiency and sustainability goals, to businesses with trade effluent consent needs.

The account management team has a wealth of experience in the water industry and spends time getting to know and understand individual business's unique requirements.

With a combined experience of 70 years in the water industry you can be sure that the account management team know their water! You're in safe hands.

Kim Trowbridge - Head of Account Management

Kim runs the account management team and value added services division. Kim joined the water2business team in 2014 and has a wealth of practical experience in managing water. She is also a qualified business coach, HR practitioner and trainer.

Her focus has always been on building teams, customer excellence, new processes, change management and latterly, new product and service development in the water retail world.

Neil Mullins - Business Account Manager

Neil is water2business' water efficiency expert, has 17 years' experience in the water industry and an impressive proven track record of helping customers achieve significant reductions in water consumption.

Collaboration and continuous improvements are key words in all of Neil's customer or contractor interactions, and through this approach he builds long term relationships and is relied upon to find the right solution or person for the job in hand.

With such a passion for efficiency it's no surprise that he specialises in auditing, metering and data logging.

Phil Sinclair - Business Account Manager

Phil is our trade effluent specialist with over 25 years' experience working with businesses to help manage their wastewater discharges. A chemist and chartered water and environmental manager, Phil uses his expert knowledge and experience to help a diverse range of businesses comply with their discharge consents and manage their water and wastewater charges.

Working closely with Chris Morgan, service delivery manager, Phil has developed a range of services for trade effluent customers including advice and assistance with consent applications, trade effluent sampling and monitoring, waste minimisation surveys and effluent treatment options reviews.

Maddie James - Business Account Manager

Maddie is an experienced Account Manager who has worked in the water industry for over 6 years, from water management consultancy to market governance. She joined the water2business account management team in January 2017, and has had a busy and exciting year with market opening in April and all the opportunities this has brought.

She works closely with our key customers to manage their billing and create bespoke water management and efficiency programmes. This helps to assist them with total understanding of their water consumption and how best they can reduce costs and improve environmental performance.

Maddie is Prince 2 qualified in project management and her specialist areas include tariffs, leakage, water strategy, efficiency and roll out of automated meter reading installation programmes.

Andy Coates - Business Account Manager

As a business account manager, Andy is responsible for a growing portfolio of large businesses, care homes, hotel chains and multi-site organisations. He is passionate about helping water2business customers to drive water efficiency and specialises in efficiency audits and alternative water solutions for customers. Working in conjunction with service delivery manager Chris, Andy has recently delivered automated meter reading, efficiency audits and contingency planning solutions for a number of his customers.

Andy joined water2business in December 2016. His background in banking and customer services enables him to deliver exceptional service and bespoke account management to water2business customers.

Chris Morgan - Service Delivery Manager

As service delivery manager, Chris ensures customer needs are always met when they require anything outside of our core service offering. This can include water efficiency audits, leak detection, data capture/analysis and much more.

Chris joined water2business team in April 2017 and has over five years' experience of working within the water industry in both customer facing and management roles.

Chris is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and improving customer experience. He has key skills in communication, project management and is qualified in IOSH Managing Safely.

Jessica Underwood - Business Co-ordinator

As business co-ordinator Jessica supports the team of account managers and the service delivery manager with all of their administrative requirements, which is a very diverse and active role.

She joined water2business in January 2017 having spent 10 years within the facilities management sector.

Jessica is commercially aware, customer focused and proficient at working with systems and data, taking great pride to proactively combine these skills to ensure the highest quality outcomes.
