Oliver Jerrome
Oliver was appointed as Managing Director in July 2025, having led high performing customer-facing teams in the water industry for over seven years. Oliver is passionate about developing a positive and supportive work environment for all team members while consistently enhancing the customer experience.
Matt Coggins
Matt joined the water2business team in 2019 as Finance Director and became Interim COO in 2025. With over a decade of experience in the water industry, Matt oversees the day-to-day operation of the business and leads strategic programmes, working closely with the senior leadership team to drive innovation, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
Tamsyn Whitchurch
Tamsyn leads the customer services, account management, and billing departments and is responsible for ensuring our customers receive industry leading service. Tamsyn joined water2business in 2020 with over 10 years’ experience leading customer-facing teams in the water industry.
Daniel Schurrer
