Charley joined water2business in June 2016 and has over ten years' experience in engaging and leading large teams driven to deliver awarding winning customer service.

Andy is responsible for the daily operations and growth of water2business, He joined the company with more than five years of experience leading retail teams in the banking industry.

Head of Billing and Customer Services

Tamsyn Whitchurch

Tamsyn leads the customer services, billing and collections departments and is responsible for ensuring our customers receive industry leading service. Tamsyn joined with over 10 years experience leading customer service and collections teams.

Head of Finance

Matt Coggins

A chartered management accountant, Matt joined the water2business team in 2019. He joined the team with five years industry experience and is responsible for Finance, Compliance and Management Information strategy.

Head of Account Management

Steve Smith

Steve joined water2bsuiness in July 2021, after working for 18 years in leadership roles within the banking industry. He has the responsibility for running the account management and business development departments.
