Disconnecting your water supply
A permanent disconnection is where a connection to the water network is removed or otherwise made unworkable, such that the supply of water services at that point could only resume if a new connection was made. This new connection will be at a cost to you, please visit your Wholesalers website for more information.
It is within our policy that only the owner of the water supply can request a permanent disconnection. Your wholesaler may wish to visit before a disconnection is carried out and they can take up to three months to carry out your request.
