Our first nine months in the retail market

If you were a former Bristol Water or Wessex Water customer we hope the transition to water2business was seamless. We worked hard to minimise the impact on customers during the switchover, preparing for it more than six months in advance.

New website and online accounts

You'll find lots of information about who we are and what we do on our website. If you've got questions about your account, the website is a great port of call and you just might find the answer there.

We're one of the first water retailers to offer an online account and we hope it makes the management of your account easier. If you've registered but haven't used it yet, here's why you should!

Our customer first ethos

Ok, so this one isn't new, we've always put our customers first but it's important to us that we continue to provide first-class customer service, especially in this changing market. The new market meant new systems and processes for our team to learn but throughout these changes we worked hard to make sure there was minimal impact on our customers.

Big brands choose water2business

We work with businesses of all shapes and sizes, from the local corner shop to globally recognised brands like Marriott Hotels and wagamama. Businesses with multiple locations benefit from consolidated billing, meaning they only have to deal with one retailer for all their sites. Since April 2017 we've won contracts with some big name brands, adding strength to our portfolio of customers.

Keeping you informed

One of the main ways you can reduce the amount of money you spend on water bills is to reduce consumption. We want to engage with more customers to get this message across and find ways to help you save money on your water bills. We've launched a six monthly newsletter to get these important messages out to you. If you've registered for an online account you should receive it.

Delivering great services

We're always working to innovate our services and keep up with the latest developments in water saving technology. We're making enhancements to the online account, adding more features and benefits. We're also looking at ways we can serve SMEs better. It's been reported that SMEs are not benefiting from the changes in the market as much as larger businesses so we want to make sure that you're receiving the very best service and advice.

We believe in enabling and empowering customers to self-serve, which means we can pass savings directly to you. Being in control of your account and more aware of the water you use and where the money you're paying goes, gives you better control over your costs and an advantage over your competitors. The enhancements we're making to the online account will make this easier than ever.
