Your account

As part of the regulatory requirements of the English water market opening, non-household customers who have not signed up to a contract with a water retailer will have moved onto a deemed contract from April 2017.

Each water retailer must publish the terms and conditions that make up their deemed contract. The detailed requirements of the this are defined by Ofwat in the Retail Exit Code.

The transfer of your account to water2business has been done under these terms and conditions.

The charges you'll pay us are the same as those charged by Bristol Water and/or Wessex Water.

If you are outside of the Bristol Water or Wessex Water regions, the transfer of your account to water2business has been done under these terms and conditions.
